Modular - composed of standardized units or sections for easy construction or flexible arrangement
ex: This apartment complex is made from several units stacked on top of each other.
Sustainable - able to be maintained or kept going, as an action or process.
I see and agree with the idea though these designs can only be done in certain types of environment.
